About Khanmigo
Khanmigo is Khan Academy's AI tutor and teaching assistant, built in partnership with OpenAI. For students it acts as a Socratic tutor that explains problems step by step without giving away answers, helps with writing through guided feedback, supports debate practice and quiz preparation across math, science, humanities and computer science, all tied to Khan Academy's existing curriculum. For teachers it generates lesson plans, rubrics, exit tickets, IEP support drafts and progress reports, and can analyze student work for misconceptions.
