These Terms govern your use of ConsistencyAI (“the site,” “we,” “us”). By visiting or using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. What ConsistencyAI is
ConsistencyAI is a hand-curated directory of AI tools. We summarize each tool’s pricing, features, and use cases based on public information from the vendor’s own website. We don’t resell, host, or operate the tools we list — we just point you at them.
2. Accuracy & updates
We do our best to keep the catalog accurate (see our editorial process), but pricing, features, and availability change constantly. Each tool page shows a “Last updated” date and a link to the vendor’s official site — if there’s a difference between what we say and what the vendor says, the vendor is authoritative.
If you spot something stale or wrong, use the submission form to flag it. We review every report.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the site to:
- Browse, search, and compare tools for personal or commercial decision-making
- Share links to specific tool, category, or comparison pages
- Submit tools for editorial review
You may not:
- Scrape the catalog at high volume to rebuild it elsewhere (use our public sitemap or contact us if you have an integration in mind)
- Submit false or misleading tool entries to manipulate rankings
- Use the site to harass others, distribute malware, or violate the law
- Attempt to access the admin dashboard or any non-public area without authorization
4. Submissions
When you submit a tool, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it. Submitted material that we publish (tool name, vendor URL, short description, etc.) may be edited for clarity or accuracy. We are under no obligation to publish any submission.
5. Trademarks & logos
Tool names, logos, and screenshots referenced on the site are property of their respective owners. We display them in good faith under fair-use principles for editorial purposes (describing and comparing the products). If you’re the owner of a tool and want your listing removed or modified, contact us and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
6. Third-party tools & links
Every “Visit Tool” / “Visit Website” button takes you to a third-party site. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, security, terms, privacy practices, or pricing changes. Read each vendor’s own Terms and Privacy Policy before signing up or paying.
7. No warranty
The site is provided “as is”without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the site will be available, error-free, or free of viruses. We don’t guarantee that any tool listed will fit your needs, still exist next week, or behave as described — the vendor controls that.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConsistencyAI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or any listed tool — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the site evolves. The “Effective” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ConsistencyAI is operated, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the site will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
